We offer free shipping for all our orders in Australia. Both standard and express shipping outside of Australia is an additional cost.

We ship our orders by Australia Post. Please be aware we’re experiencing substantial delays due to the pandemic. If you need your order by a certain time, please contact us and we’ll do our best to work within your timeframe.

For all express deliveries within Australia:
Express Post parcels could take five business days or more to be delivered.

For all international deliveries:
  • Denmark: 8-15 business days (standard)
  • Finland: 8-15 business days (standard)
  • France: 7-13 business days
  • Germany: 7-13 business days
  • Greece: 8-15 business days (standard)
  • Hong Kong: 4-9 business days
  • Ireland: 10-16 business days

We can’t guarantee whether you’ll be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country according to their defined rules and regulations. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that as a registered business, we’re unable to ship international orders as a gift and all shipments must be declared as ‘merchandise’.

The estimated timeframe for standard delivery is 3-10 business days after dispatch. However, please be aware we are currently experiencing significant delays due to the pandemic.

For all standard international deliveries:
The delivery time for international orders is typically 10+ business days. Please be aware we’re experiencing substantial international delays due to the pandemic.

4. Can I track my order? 
Yes, upon payment of your order, we’ll issue you a  tracking number so you can track the status of your order. 

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email us at and we’ll do our best to accommodate your change or cancellation. Because we aim to process and ship your order within 24 hours of it being placed, it may not be possible to change or cancel your order.  Please note it is not possible to change or cancel an order that has already been processed and dispatched. In this case please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.

6. When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24-48 business hours of the order being placed.
